Description

XC-B90 intelligent paper bowl machine adopts a desktop layout, with double-layer separation of transmission and forming. The transmission part adopts the horizontal and vertical axis connection transmission structure, the gears are transmitted in stages, and the mechanical lubrication is continuously supplied with oil. They are all installed in the frame under the table.

The forming mold is assembled above the table to avoid cross-contamination and facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Double turntable structure, the middle turntable can realize the functions of cup mouth silicone oil and waste discharge. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, servo feeding and photoelectric detection. Ideal for the production of salad bowls, noodle bowls and packaging bowls, such as large capacity, Large-diameter bowl-shaped container production equipment.
